40bet Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered by the 40bet platform (hereinafter referred to as "40bet", "we", or "the platform"), you ("user", "player", or "you") expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and under the rules of Responsible Gambling.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and 40bet. If you do not agree with any of the clauses set out herein, you should not create an account or use the platform's services.

40bet reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated in advance by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use 40bet's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting or gambling activities by law, regulation, or court order.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 40bet staff member.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on 40bet per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts linked to the same CPF, with possible balance retention in accordance with the platform's anti-fraud policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 40bet support immediately.

40bet is required, under Brazilian law, to verify the identity of its users. The verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may be requested at the following times:

• At the time of registration, to confirm name, CPF, and date of birth.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, or for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• When there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or inconsistencies in the registered account details.
• At the request of competent regulatory authorities.

Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address, and in specific cases, supplementary documentation on the source of funds. The process is carried out securely, and all documents are stored with encryption.

Deposits:

• Pix deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds and are immediately available for use.
• Deposits via boleto bancário take up to 3 business days to clear.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Primary withdrawal method: Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.
• Average processing time via Pix: 14 (fourteen) seconds for amounts within standard limits.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted — the Pix key must be registered in the name of the 40bet account holder.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• 40bet does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Withdrawals via bank transfer (TED) may incur fees in accordance with the applicable banking policy.

The balance available for withdrawal consists solely of deposited funds and winnings from already-settled bets. Bonuses still subject to rollover requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

40bet offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and dozens of other competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, tennis, and more. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are confirmed only after the confirmation message is displayed on the platform and the amount has been deducted from the account balance.
• Accepted bets cannot be canceled by the player, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 2.00. For multiple bets, the minimum amount per selection is also R$ 2.00.
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet slip, except in cases of proven technical error.

Bet cancellation and adjustment: 40bet reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in the following cases: obvious odds entry errors (odds clearly outside market standards), events concluded before the scheduled time, suspected result manipulation, a technical failure affecting market integrity, or proven collusion among players.

Live betting: In live betting, odds change continuously based on in-game events. A live bet is only confirmed once accepted by the system, which may take a few seconds. During that interval, the odds may be updated. If the player does not accept the new odds (where the system provides that option), the bet will not be placed and the amount will be returned to the balance.

Cash Out: The Cash Out feature allows you to settle open bets early. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher, lower, or equal to the original stake. Cash Out is available only on the markets and competitions indicated on the platform.

40bet offers a welcome bonus, regular promotions, and loyalty programs for its players. Each bonus has specific terms that take precedence over any general rules. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the promotion page and in its corresponding regulations.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to players with a verified account who are at least 18 years old.
• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes available for withdrawal). The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.80 generally do not count toward bonus rollover requirements. Voided bets or bets settled via Cash Out contribute partially, based on the amount settled.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Unused bonuses or those with incomplete rollover after the deadline expire automatically.
• Using bonuses for betting arbitrage purposes (placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of the result) is prohibited.
• 40bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of misuse or breach of promotional conditions.

The welcome bonus is intended exclusively for new registrations — one per CPF, per residential address, and per device. Accounts created with the aim of claiming bonuses multiple times will be closed.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 40bet platform:

• Using the platform on behalf of third parties or accepting third-party funds for betting purposes.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance retention, cancellation of pending bets, and a permanent ban from the platform, as well as any applicable legal action.

Closure by the player: You can request the closure of your 40bet account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled normally and the available balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.

Closure by 40bet: 40bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases: breach of the Terms and Conditions, provision of false information at registration or during KYC, fraudulent or suspicious activity, extended inactivity (account not accessed for more than 12 months), or at the request of competent authorities.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, 40bet may retain the account balance, bonuses, and winnings associated with the irregular bets. The player will be notified by email and will have the right to contest the decision through support within 15 calendar days.

Self-exclusion: If you need a break or want to step away from the platform for responsible gambling reasons, self-exclusion can be activated directly by the user in the account settings, with periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no bets can be placed.

40bet's total liability to a player, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

40bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to changes in Brazilian legislation on betting and digital entertainment, platform product and service updates, or recommendations from regulatory bodies.

When changes materially affect players' rights or obligations, 40bet will notify players at least 7 (seven) calendar days in advance via their registered email and a notice on the platform. Minor changes may be implemented with notification issued simultaneously upon publication.

The "last updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates the current version in effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period has elapsed constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the new terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes not resolved amicably through our support team will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
